Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are strictly prohibited. niceph8 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account on the niceph8 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. niceph8 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify niceph8 support immediately. niceph8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
niceph8 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All transactions on the niceph8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). niceph8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Deposits are credited to your niceph8 account upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. niceph8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must be registered in your own name. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
niceph8 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside niceph8's control.
Each game available on the niceph8 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all other matters.
A wager is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the niceph8 system. Bets placed during a system error, network interruption, or technical malfunction may be voided at niceph8's discretion. niceph8 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a software fault, or erroneous payouts — niceph8 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect. niceph8's decision on manifest errors is final.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. niceph8 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, niceph8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
niceph8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your niceph8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
niceph8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. niceph8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude niceph8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
niceph8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, niceph8 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
